Every inquiry reaches us through this form. We do not publish a phone number or an email address, which keeps the inbox clear enough that a real message does not get buried. We will respond promptly, by email, and if a phone call would be more useful we will schedule one with you.
What to include
The more of the following you can send up front, the faster and more accurate our proposal will be:
- For Tier II or Form R: what your facility makes, your chemical list or safety data sheets, and whether you have filed before.
- For a survey: what you want monitored, or what raised the question; how many people do each kind of job; your shift schedule, including how long each shift actually runs; and any previous monitoring results, however old.
- For ISO work: which standard you were asked for, who asked for it, and any date by which you must be certified.
- Any deadline, such as a filing date, an OSHA abatement date or a customer audit.
If you have an OSHA citation
Say so in the first line of your message. A citation comes with an abatement date, and we give that work priority.

If you are not sure you need us
It is worth asking. Your chemicals may be under the reporting threshold, some standards allow objective data in place of new air monitoring, or you may not be due yet.
Describe the work in your message and we will tell you which of those applies. We would rather do that than bill you for finding out.
Where we work
We are based in Arizona and work on site across the United States. Reporting work rarely needs a visit; for a survey, travel is a normal part of the job, not an obstacle to one.
