We write these reports for the safety professional at your site, but they get shared with operators, managers and inspectors. That means they have to be easy to follow, and we take the extra time to make them clear. Nothing below is a mock-up. These are pages from actual reports, with the client details changed.

Air monitoring reports

Results are reported for each worker and each job, with each substance compared against both the action level and the permissible exposure limit (PEL). A chart alongside shows what percentage of the limit was reached. In the report shown here, you can see at a glance that every sample came in well below the limits.

When a result is below the smallest amount the lab can measure, we report it as “none detected” and do not quietly record it as zero.

Noise survey reports

These reports are used by the safety professional at your site, by workers, and by the health professional who reviews your audiograms. They show where the noise is concentrated, so you can manage it.

The contour map divides the floor into three bands by sound level: under 82 decibels, 82 to 84, and 85 and up. Each job’s dosimeter reading is placed where that job is actually performed. This is the page people pin up.

Why we show these before you hire us

Most of what a consultant sells is a promise about a document you have not seen, so we let you look at ours first. If the layout does not fit how your site works, or you need the data in a different format, tell us and we will build it that way.

You also receive the data files behind the report, not only a PDF. The calibration records and our field notes are delivered with the report and do not stay in our filing cabinet.
